  Women empowerment is a concept that has been subjected to a lot of questions over the years. Women suffered a lot, and they were treated as they have no existence over the past few years. Women Empowerment means to make women independent and to make women equal to men because women empowerment stands for removing all kinds of discrimination against women. They have the intelligence and ability to step forward with men and contribute to the development of the country even amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, women play an important role in the society.          CHALLENGING. TEDIOUS. INTERESTING. Those are the tree words I would pick and choose to describe this whole quarter. For the past eight weeks, I have gained a lot of knowledge which I am sure would come in handy for my senior years. I’m elated that I finally got to improve my tactics on managing my time in answering the modules given.      The lessons discussed are focused on Community-Based Research. I am no new to research since we, the students under the special program have this subject for the whole grade 10 level in addition to the other subjects that grade 10 students are tackling.                          The journey of the world’s battle with COVID-19 has challenged us in many phases. One of the most crucial concerns is the health issues of the most vulnerable group. Thus, we cannot deny the fact that children and teens are one of the most affected especially in their paths with the process of education.                                    COVID-19 vaccines for children and teens might have given us some doubts when it comes to the risk of effects it may possibly give but personally, I can see this move as a step in being closer to advantages especially that it is already the most essential requirement to join on-site classes.
