Inoculation for Children and Teens: A Crucial Step

          


         The journey of the world’s battle with COVID-19 has challenged us in many phases. One of the most crucial concerns is the health issues of the most vulnerable group. Thus, we cannot deny the fact that children and teens are one of the most affected especially in their paths with the process of education.

            

                COVID-19 vaccines for children and teens might have given us some doubts when it comes to the risk of effects it may possibly give but personally, I can see this move as a step in being closer to advantages especially that it is already the most essential requirement to join on-site classes. As a student or a teen, I can take it as part of my journey to achieving my dreams. I’ve missed a lot in so many aspects of outside life. It has affected growth, indeed. It has shattered some thoughts and plans. It has changed the way we see life. It is the virus that brought so many negativities in everyone’s life. As a youngster, vaccines have somehow countered the adverse effects of this pandemic, gradually bringing back the “somewhat-normal days”. As DOH ensures the safety of every child, I am in favor of this step for it is beneficial for us.

            Therefore, I can say that it is better to try to overcome rather than not trying at all and gain a future full of fear and doubts.
